MICRO-NEEDLING (DERMAPEN™ Treatment of wrinkles, acne scars and stretch marks) Dermapen micro-needling is highly effective for the treatment of acne scars, stretch marks and wrinkles without damaging or removing the skin. The treatment works on a microscopic level, causing no pain and leaving no visible wounds where the needles penetrated the skin. Patients have no down time.
MICRONEEDLING is used to treat and improve conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, and pigment issues, smokers lines around lips and keloits. Mirco-needling works to rejuvenate the skin to boost collagen and stimulates growth factors. After Micro-needling products will deeply penetrate to hydrate and strengthen the skin.
Micro-needling can be safely repeated every 4-6 weeks until you achieve the desired results. For collagen induction we recommend to start with 3 treatments, but with a minimum separation time of 4 to 6 weeks between treatments. For scar reduction an average of 3 to 6 treatments are recommended. Typically you will experience redness and mild swelling for 24-48 hours after the treatment. Use a very gentle cleanser and tepid water to rinse the face over the next 72 hours. Gently dry the treated area after rinsing and make sure your hands are as clean as possible. It is recommended that you do not use powered cleansing brushes for at least seven days after Micro-needling.
