WHAT IS RESHAPE?

Reshape is a weight loss programme that primarily focuses on weight loss. By using lypolitic in combination with a very low calorie diet you will loose up to 30% more abnormally stored fat as opposed to a reduced calorie diet on its own.

HOW DOES RESHAPE WORK

The combination of the medication and the specially formulated eating plan will trigger your body to tap into your abnormal fat stores as a source of energy. By tapping into your fat reserves you will release a substance called leptin that will trigger you to satiety center in your brain and give you a feeling of "fullness".

WHAT IS LYPOLYTIC?

Lypolytic is a natural product that will trigger lipolysis (breaking down fat) and blocking lipogenesis (absorbing energy into fat cells) if combined with a reduced calorie diet.

HOW DOES BMI CALCULATION
WORK?

BMI is a measurement which determines which weight category a person belongs to, depending on their height and weight, a person can belong to one of the following weight categories:

Underweight: (BMI is less that 18.5)
Normal Weight: (BMI Between 18.5 and 24.9)
Overweight: (BMI Between 25.0 and 29.9)
Obese: (BMI 30.0 and above)

  • IS IT HEALTHY TO LOSE 0.5 TO 1KG PER DAY?
    hCG weight loss studies have shown that weight loss following the Simeon’s Protocol comes directly from adipose fat tissue rather than lean muscle. In doing so, the weight loss comes directly from the fat and does not strip the body of much needed muscle, vitamins and minerals are essential to maintain good health, while at the same time, releasing excessive amounts of fat-stored nutrients into the blood stream to be absorbed by the body. For this reason, hCG dieters report a feeling and appearance of good health and marvel at the loss of negative health risks they had as an overweight individual.
  • WHY THE 500 KCAL DIET – VLCD (VERY LOW CALORIE DIET)?
    hCG diet causes your Hypothalamus to mobilize fat out of the fat storage locations so that it is available for use. While you are only consuming 500 kcal, your Hypothalamus is continually releasing the fat stored in your body. Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day. The result is your body using thousands of calories of fat from your body daily. The reason hCG dieters lose 0.5 – 1kg of fat or more, per day.
  • WHO IS THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR HCG?
    The majority of men and woman can use hCG for weight loss. It is recommended that dieters consult a Physician concerning your weight loss along with the appropriate implementation of the hCG protocol. The Physician will NOT permit the hCG weight loss programme for women who are pregnant or breast feeding.
  • WHAT ABOUT THE SAFETY AND THE SIDE EFFECTS OF THE HCG DIET?
    There are rarely side effects reported whilst using the hCG diet or oral hCG for weight loss. When the hCG is used for fertility reasons, the larger amount is used to cause occasional headaches, and pregnancy symptoms. However, the amount differences between the hCG diet protocol and hCG used for fertility purposes is significantly different in quantity.
  • WILL I GAIN WEIGHT BACK AFTER THE HCG DIET?
    After the hCG diet you will find that your appetite has changed, eating behavior will change and your body will of course, change. This is the perfect opportunity to adopt a healthy lifestyle to maintain your weight. You will find that a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body, anything from Yoga to 20 minutes of Cardio a day (whatever you enjoy that gets your heart rate up). With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat.

    The Hypothalamus gland moderates the thyroid, adrenals, fat storage, and more importantly, your metabolic rate.
  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOMEOPATHIC HCG ORAL SPRAY AND HCG INJECTIONS?
    Homeopathy is the second most widely used system of medicine in the world. It has been the primary medical system of choice for a great number of people in other countries for many years, with allopathic methods being their secondary choice. Homeopathics have been used for many years to very effectively bring about healing and better health without the negative consequences and side effects that allopathic methods often have. There are no dangerous side effects with homeopathic remedies, and they can be taken along with other medications without worrying about adverse reactions. Homeopathic formulations function on the theory of “like heals like” and that a very small amount of the active ingredients brings about change, because of the unique way homeopathic products are produced. Homeopathic hCG is produced by taking pure full strength hCG and making it into a sublingual mixture through a process of dilution and succession. True homeopathic products when tested in a typical lab, will come back negative for the active ingredient because the ingredient actually exists as a unique energy signature or imprint in the carrier liquid that cannot be measured chemically. This is also the reason homeopathic hCG drops will not show positive in a pregnancy test. It is important to realize that the physical elements interact and affect each other in more ways than just chemically. Homeopathic products have continually baffled the American Medical Association when they fail in their chemical lab tests, yet are very successful when put to work in the human body. This has certainly been the case with homeopathic hCG used in the hCG diet program.
  • IS HCG SAFE FOR MEN?
    The hCG used for the hCG weight loss protocol is actually already found in men. In fact, it is present in every human tissue, including males and non-pregnant women as well as pregnant women.
  • WHY CAN’T I JUST GO ON A 500 CALORIE DIET WITHOUT HCG?
    n order to answer the following question you need to know how the body stores and uses fat. Dr. Simeons identified three separate fat stores. Normal fat: This fat can be likened to a checking account from which the body can easily draw energy or deposit it as needed. Normal fat doesn’t take a lot of effort to lose. Structural fat: Pads the various organs, protects the arteries and cushions the bony prominences. You don’t ever want to lose this fat. It is vital to your health and well-being. Yet on a typical “starvation diet”, this is the fat you lose when the normal fat is depleted. Abnormal fat: This is much like a bank safe deposit box, where fat is stored and basically locked away. This fat is very difficult to lose via exercise and calorie restriction, but with the help of hCG the body readily pulls fat from these as a “last resort” fat stores. Bottom line: If you go on a 500 calorie diet without hCG, the body uses the normal fat and then starts to use the structural fat and muscle. Losing your structural fat and muscle tissue can adversely affect your health and well-being. In addition, “starvation” diets without hCG can cause you to be excessively hungry, which is typically not true for those using hCG drops on Dr. Simeons special 500-calorie schedule. This is not just a VLCD (very-low-calorie diet).
  • WILL I BE HUNGRY ON THE HCG DIET?
    On hCG, the vast majority of our customers indicate they were either not hungry (unlike other diets where they are starving), or they felt in control and surprisingly little hunger and had plenty of energy. That aligns perfectly with Dr. Simeons’ theories about the fat-releasing properties of hCG; in essence, hCG is helping you get the majority of energy and calories form stored fat instead of only food in your stomach. Everyone is different – and some report milder hunger in the first week as their body adjusts – but it has to become very clear that the healthy hCG diet plan is something very special, something out of the ordinary. It is most definitely NOT just a “500-calorie diet”. In addition, the hCG diet starts with a “gorging” phase, which helps load the body with calories to use during transition into the low-calorie phase. People who faithfully follow that protocol as outlined by Dr. Simeons in our materials, and stick to it will see fantastic results.
  • DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE WHILE ON THE HCG DIET?
    No. exercise is not a mandatory part of the program. Vigorous exercise may increase the amount of weight you lose whilst on this plan, it is not a significant increase and is not recommended, because on a 55 calorie diet you can easily become too exhausted. This leads to discouragement and frustration. However, we do recommend moderate activity for all of the other benefits you receive, including stress relief and cardiovascular health. If you are already accustomed to exercising at a certain level and would like to continue, do so, but do not over do it. Pay attention to your body’s response. Scale down the intensity of the workouts if (1) you don’t have the energy to get through it; (2) you start feeling ill or light headed; (3) you gain weight the next day; or (4) you don’t have the energy to get through the day after you work out. Alternatively for those who want to exercise is that you walk for 20 – 30 minutes daily. Walking is great exercise and contributes to your health in a variety of ways. When you are finished with the hCG diet regimen and are back on a regular diet you can then pick up the intensity of your exercise routines.
